Our Leadership Team

Bishop Charles Curry (went to be with The Lord in Oct 2022) came to the Maryland/DC District from Louisiana in 1982 with his wife, Alfreida, and their three children, Laura, Chad and Amy, to start the work that is now known as Christian Revival Center. He not only ministers to our local congregation, but has also travelled internationally and participated in crusades in the Philippines and revival services in Jamaica. He is a man of faith and vision, tireless in his commitment to see lives changed, the church to grow, and the community blessed by the gospel of Jesus Christ.

Pastor Chad Curry is the son of Bishop and Mrs. Curry. He has been involved in the ministry and development of Christian Revival Center from his early childhood. Melissa grew up in Arkansas and moved to Maryland in 2003, after graduating from Jackson College of Ministries.   She served as the Director of Music until 2018 and is now our Church Administrator. Pastor Chad and Sister Melissa are licensed ministers with the UPCI and lead our Men and Women’s Ministries. They are the very proud parents of two spunky little girls, Kyla and Bristol.
